We are looking for a positive, dependable and caring receptionist to join our exceptional automotive dealership! This position will be the first point of contact for our company.
Your duties will include offering administrative support across the organization.
You will welcome guests and coordinate front-desk activities, including checking faxes, coordinating emails and answering phone calls.
We are looking for someone who can maintain a good and positive attitude.
Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.
Ultimately, your duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
